STUDIO POLICIES
Inspyr Studios’ policies are designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and efficient operation of our studio, benefiting all members of our community. From our Late Arrival Policy that emphasizes punctuality to maintain the integrity of our classes, to the specifics of terminating a membership with advance notice, we aim to keep processes transparent and fair. Additionally, we outline the guidelines for Membership Suspensions, allowing flexibility within certain limits, and detail our Class Cancellation Policy to prevent disruptions.
Our policies also cover Membership Price Changes to guarantee fairness in pricing for active members and provide clear instructions for Membership Upgrades/Downgrades to accommodate your evolving fitness needs. Understanding and adhering to these policies ensures a seamless experience for every member of the Inspyr Studios family.
Late Arrival Policy:
No one will be admitted to class 5 minutes after the start of the class. Anyone arriving after 5 minutes may also incur a late cancellation fee.
Termination Policy:
In order to terminate a membership, a termination form must be completed at least 30 days prior to the member's next renewal date. Failure to do so will result in an additional month's billing.
Membership Suspensions:
A membership may be suspended for a minimum of 30 days and maximum of 60 days two times per membership year. There is a $15 fee per month for all suspensions.
Class Cancellation Policy:
We must be notified of all class cancellations at least 12 hours prior to the start of the class. Failure to notify us will result in a $10 fee.
Membership Price Changes:
A membership rate will remain the same as long as the membership remains active. If a membership is terminated then reactivated, the reactivated contract price will be increased to the prices offered at the time of reactivation.
Upgrade / Downgrades:
To upgrade or downgrade a membership, a membership change form must be submitted 3 days prior to the member's renewal date.
