KRISTIN

⦾ Pilates, Yoga, Barre

  • With over 30 years of experience, Kristin has dedicated herself to teaching group fitness classes. Her journey began in high school with water and step aerobics, where she discovered her passion for making fitness enjoyable in a group setting. Kristin's expertise encompasses a variety of fitness formats, including her Mat Pilates certification, which she completed in 2010 and has since become a cornerstone of her coaching.

    In addition to Mat Pilates, Kristin holds certifications in Barre, Pilates Suspension Method, and Postural Restoration Integration (PRI) for Pilates. She enhances her skills through continuing education with AFAA, Balanced Body, and NCSF. Kristin leverages her previous experiences and certifications in PiYo, Total Gym Gravity Strength & Pilates training, Piloxing, TurboKick and her personal training days to customize each class she teaches at Inspyr Studios.

    Kristin's enthusiasm shines through her teaching, as she shares, "It is a joy to share Pilates and bring healthy normalcy to people's routines.     With over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Collin Wanat is a dedicated professional passionate about helping athletes and individuals achieve peak performance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, is a certified NASM Personal Trainer, and has specialized expertise in Strength & Conditioning through NASM’s Sports Performance Enhancement Specialization.

    As the Head Strength Coach and Head of Strength Programming, Collin combines his extensive knowledge of human movement with cutting-edge training techniques to develop programs that optimize strength, power, and overall functional performance. His commitment to excellence and individualized approach has made him a trusted leader in strength and conditioning.

MICHELLE

  • With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Michelle has dedicated her career to helping others build strength, confidence, and balance. She’s a Certified Personal Trainer, 200 HR Yoga Instructor, and Integrative Health Coach, blending mindful movement with powerful conditioning and holistic wellness.

    Specializing in Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, and Pilates, her classes weave together strength, mobility, and mindfulness to both challenge and ground. In 2023, she launched Flow Fiercely, a wellness event series combining yoga, Pilates, barre, sculpt, and integrative practices with community connection.

    She recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Saint Louis University, and is passionate about how nutrition and fitness work together to enhance performance and well-being.

    With over six years of experience in weight training and a Personal Training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Honor has cultivated a deep expertise in strength training that she is excited to incorporate into her classes.

    Honor is dedicated to helping others move with purpose, build strength, and fuel their bodies for optimal performance.

KAITLYN

  • Kaitlyn got into fitness as cross-training alongside their dance background and was inspired to teach Pilates and Barre Fitness. She has over two years of Pilates teaching experience since receiving the Mat Pilates teaching certification from the Kane School while at Indiana University getting a degree in Theatre, a Individualized Major in Dance and Media Studies, and an arts management minor. Kaitlyn strives to create a welcoming environment for challenging but grounding Pilates and Barre Fitness classes.

    Chase specializes in a wide range of fitness disciplines, including group training for both the general population and athletes, as well as strength and conditioning and personal training. Before embarking on his current path, he dedicated four years as the strength and conditioning coach at Illinois Wesleyan University. Following this tenure, motivated by a desire to grow professionally and a longing for familiar surroundings, Chase returned to his hometown of Mount Prospect to advance his career in fitness. This move not only marked a significant transition in his professional journey but also underscored his commitment to enhancing physical fitness and well-being in his community.

Specializing in accessory muscles, my classes focus on creating a lean look through barre, pilates, and strength training. Consistency is key. My spin/cycle classes offer a challenging yet fun experience. Training with me aims to achieve and maintain your fitness goals, leaving participants feeling challenged and accomplished.

  • Lisa attended her first yoga class in 2010—reluctantly at first, but quickly discovered a lifelong passion. Drawn to yoga’s ability to build both physical and mental strength while creating space and balance, she brings these qualities into every class. Students leave feeling stronger, more flexible in body and mind, grounded, and at peace.

    Since completing her Yoga Teacher Training in 2013, Lisa has taught more than 1,000 classes throughout the Chicago suburbs. She holds certifications in Power Vinyasa, Hot, Restorative, Prenatal, and Children’s Yoga, and is excited to share her love of yoga with the Inspyr community.

  • Brianna’s love for movement began with 11 years as a gymnast, and she found a similar passion, joy, and challenge in yoga—along with a deeper connection to herself. Yoga quickly became more than a practice; it became a path of growth, resilience, and transformation that continues to inspire her both on and off the mat.

    As a teacher, Brianna creates a warm and welcoming space where students feel empowered to meet themselves exactly where they are. She encourages listening to the body, exploring limits with compassion, and embracing the physical, emotional, and mental benefits of the practice. Her goal is to help others find the same empowerment, balance, and stress relief that yoga has brought to her life.

    Outside of teaching, Brianna enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, traveling, baking French macarons for her home bakery, and spending time with loved ones and her pets. She is passionate about guiding others toward growth and inspiring them to become their best selves—one breath at a time.

  • With over five years of experience in the fitness industry, Joey specializes in strength training and is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). His passion for helping others build strength and confidence shines through in every class. With a focus on functional movement and proper technique, Joey tailors each session to meet individual needs, empowering clients to push past their limits. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to elevate your fitness routine, Joey is committed to guiding you toward your goals with a supportive and results-driven approach.

  • Alicia brings a fun, lighthearted approach to yoga and Pilates, with over 1000 hours of training in Yoga Alliance and somatic practices. Her classes focus on building strength and flexibility while promoting mental clarity—and she’s all about making it feel good! Alicia encourages her students to embrace mindful movement, play with their practice, and take time for self-care. It’s a space where you can let go of stress, reconnect with your body, and have some fun.

  • Tiffany is a mother of two little boys and loves all types of fitness from running, lifting, spinning and yoga. She began her teaching career in 2016, focusing on power yoga formats that are full of energy and building strength from within.

  • Selma brings energy and positivity to every class, combining her love for movement with a passion for helping students feel their best. A dedicated 2nd-grade teacher by day, she channels the same enthusiasm and focus into the studio, guiding participants through yoga and Yoga Sculpt with encouragement and care. Outside of the studio, Selma enjoys playing sports, watching football with family, and getting in a great workout. Fun fact: she’s even scored a hole-in-one in golf! Each class is designed to leave students feeling strong, rejuvenated, and ready to take on anything.

  • Leah is a dedicated yoga teacher, educator, and mentor with nearly a decade of experience supporting students both on and off the mat. She offers Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Sculpt, and Sound Healing, blending grounded presence, dynamic energy, and genuine heart into every class.

    Originally from California, Leah spent 16 years cultivating community in Nashville before relocating to Illinois with her family. Her career is deeply rooted in yoga education—leading teacher trainings, mentoring instructors, and consulting with studios to help them grow. She is passionate about empowering teachers to step into leadership with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

    Leah’s classes strike a thoughtful balance of strength and softness, always anchored in connection. Whether you’re new to yoga or refining your teaching practice, she brings humor, real-life wisdom, and an unwavering belief in your potential. Off the mat, she’s usually chasing sunshine, laughing often, and embracing the joyful chaos of life with her husband and their curious little boy.

  • Sanli’s Yoga Sculpt and Yoga classes are packed with upbeat and motivating music, energizing movement, and a welcoming vibe that meets you exactly where you are. Be prepared to move, sweat, strengthen, and mostly have fun while listening to your favorite songs! Whether you're brand new to Yoga Sculpt or a seasoned yogi, there’s always a spot for you in her class.

    She is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and Yoga Sculpt teacher with a passion for creating fun and motivating classes that make the hour fly by. She has been teaching since 2017 and is certified in Yoga Sculpt, Power Yoga, All Levels Flow, Hot Fusion, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and strength training.

    Bring your mat, and she will bring the energy and the beats. See you in class!

MEGAN

  • Hannah is a 500-Hour Certified Yoga Instructor, professional aerial dancer, and devoted plant mom who loves all things warm and cozy. After several years in Chicago—teaching over 1,000 yoga classes and assisting in yoga teacher trainings—she’s thrilled to bring her expertise to the spacious suburbs.

    Hannah’s classes are thoughtfully designed to support every student, helping them feel fully embodied in their practice. She skillfully incorporates props like blocks and straps to help students safely explore their potential and deepen their poses. Each class leaves students feeling more confident, grounded, and at peace—both on and off the mat.
