This workshop introduces pranayama, one of the foundational pillars of yoga. Pranayama, the practice of conscious breathing, is a powerful tool for supporting the mind, body, and nervous system.
Through gentle breathwork techniques paired with fully supported restorative yoga poses, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation as you unwind, release stored tension, and settle after the week. This soothing practice helps calm the nervous system, ease stress responses, support mood, improve sleep, and melt away physical tension.
The focus of this experience is grounding, slowing down, and cultivating a sense of inner calm. You’ll leave feeling restored and empowered with practical breathing tools you can use both on and off the mat to support your well-being in everyday life.
