This practice offers an opportunity to challenge yourself physically, strengthen your mental focus, and reflect on the season ahead.

We will meet at the studio before walking together to a nearby outdoor space for the practice. Whether your goal is to complete all 108 or simply honor the journey, this special event is a meaningful way to welcome summer with your Inspyr community.
