Studio Policy

The Inspyr Studios policies are designed to ensure a smooth, respectful, and efficient operation of our studio, benefiting all members of our community. From our Late Arrival Policy, which emphasizes punctuality to maintain the integrity of our classes, to the specifics of terminating a membership with advance notice, we aim to keep processes transparent and fair.

Additionally, we outline the guidelines for Membership Suspensions, allowing flexibility within certain limits, and detail our Class Cancellation Policy to prevent disruptions.

Our policies also cover Membership Price Changes to guarantee fairness in pricing for active members and provide clear instructions for Membership Upgrades/Downgrades to accommodate your evolving fitness needs. Understanding and adhering to these policies ensures a seamless experience for every member of the Inspyr Studios family.

Class Reservations & Cancellations

Members must reserve their spot in class in advance using the Inspyr Studios app or website. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 8 hours before the scheduled class to avoid a late cancellation fee.

No-shows or late cancellations will result in a charge of $10.

No loss of class credit occurs in the event of No-shows or late cancellations.

Check-In & Arrival

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before class to allow time for check-in and setup. First-time visitors should arrive 15 minutes early for a brief introduction and studio tour. Late arrivals may be denied entry to avoid disruption to the class.

Studio Etiquette

To maintain a focused and supportive atmosphere, we ask that all members silence cell phones, store personal belongings in designated areas, and wipe down equipment after use. Refraining from unnecessary conversation during class helps create a more immersive and effective workout experience.

Membership & Payment Policies

Memberships and class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, with monthly memberships requiring automatic billing according to the terms outlined in your agreement.

Membership prices are locked in for the duration of an individual’s membership. Price change may only occur when rejoining after membership cancelation.

If you need to pause or adjust your membership, please contact the studio in advance.

Health & Safety

For the safety of all members, proper athletic attire and footwear are required for all classes. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and reschedule your class. If you have any injuries or health concerns, inform the instructor before class begins so they can offer modifications as needed.

Specialty Classes & Equipment

For classes requiring specialized equipment, such as yoga mats, members may bring their own or use those provided by the studio. All equipment must be returned in proper condition after use. Specific guidelines for specialty classes will be communicated upon booking.

Lost & Found

While we provide storage areas for personal items, Inspyr Studios is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. Any found items will be held for one week before being donated.
